Has anyone knowledge of the origin on the catch phrase or, possibly, advertising line "Aware, alert, and A Number One in perspicacity"?

Never heard of it. Was it in the U.S.?

Never heard this presumed slogan/motto over here in the UK. Google doesn't find it either.
