Hi. I am looking for one or more snappy phrases for "doing as little as possible", or the minimum, or "just getting by". As in unconscientous teenage students, or slacking workers, and such like. Thanks! - Patty

payroll ghost (the last is based on the frequent "ghost payrollers" scandals we have in Chicago government) sliding by treading water
