My Brother in Law gave me this coded saying 1SCinDP. Any ideas what saying this represents?

'One Solitary Character in Data Processing' perhaps.

1 Single Calorie in Diet Pepsi. It's an example of a 'language equation.' Another one is 28 D in F except in a LY. A Google search for 'language equations' will provide lots more.
