God is on the mountaintop

hey! I just need to know the meaning of the phrase,"God's on the mountaintop". I been looking everywhere to see what it means, but I can't seem to find it! Please e*mail me back!

I haven't found anything in my reference books. But it must have to do with Moses going to the mountaintop and receiving the Ten Commandments. Maybe it means we have to remember to seek God's guidance? What do you all think?
