Meaning of a Phrase

I am looking for the meaning of the phrase "love your guts". Anyone know?

If I'm right, it's more usual to see "I like your guts" or "I admire your guts". These both mean that the speaker admires the listener's daring or courage.

Could be, but I assumed it was a humorous negation of "hate your guts", i.e. hate everything about you.
