Look, Ma, no hands

: I saw this expression in "The View from Saturday" by E.L. Konigsburg. It was followed by "Look, Ma, no legs".
The phrase has a long, long history as a straight line. When I was young (some time after the last ice age) we would follow "look Ma, no hands," with "look Ma, no teeth either." Yeah, I know, but it seemed pretty funny at age 8.
