From www.politico.com: BP blunder -- Congressman Barton, here is some cowboy advice. "Never miss a chance to shut up."

Texas Rep. Joe Barton had apologized to BP for the $20 billion escrow account set up address loss claims in connection with the 2010 oil spill. The account "amounts to a shakedown. So I apologize."
