: "He who does not have a good head on their shoulders better have a good pair of legs, because they are going to do alot of walking."
: What country did this originate from? Is it Greek? Swedish? or from somewhere else?

Are your parents immigrants from Greece and Sweden respectively? One of them would have known the answer. Perhaps you are acquainted with people who knew your parents and are of the same national origin. Try asking them. In any case, the saying is not, as far as I know, a common one in the English-speaking world, which is our particular oyster here. ♬ SS ♬
