: Hi, Could anybody tell me the meaning of "miss someone's help"
: Thanks in advance

I see two meanings, as you have hot given us the context.
#1--If you have been receiving help from someone for a while and that person from whom you have receiving the help no longer can provide that help to you then you would probably miss that someone's help; you would feel a type of loss due to your not receiving assistance any longer.

#2-- You were due to receive help from someone at 2pm but you were delayed and you arrived at 4pm and the person from whom you were to receive the assistance moved on. You missed that someone's help.

I vote for #1.
