Heartbreakers

Hi! I'm translating a movie titled "heartbreakers" and I have some unsolved phrases.

1) A guy sells stolen cars and cheats his wife. So she sues him and her attorney knows about his business and threats him to reveal it. So she says ironically "What was it again Mr Cummano? Random reposessions?"

What could this "Random reposessions" mean in this context?

2) Two girls are talking about a guy. One says that he is rich and has divorced 3 times. The other one asks what would bw his downsides and she answers:
"Very big on ironclad prenups..."

What are "ironclad prenups"?
