Tucker's yard

Hellow my dear friends
A nun is talking about the yard where they keep the rabbits:
She describes it as:
"It's actually a fairly scruffy yard and it's official name is Tucker's Yard."

I wonder if Tucker has a certain meaning in this case or is it just a name.
