The oldest phrase in the English language?

: There was a challenge to "tell us if you know one older", if you think you know a phrase in the English language that's older than "Woe is me." However, this seems to be an empty challenge, as there's no way to respond, other than in this discussion forum. Anyway, how about the phrase "God help me"? I'm sure that as long as people have believed that there is a higher power of some form, there have been people who have used this phrase.
