In fact it comes from a John Cleese monologue on the 'Matching Tie and Handkerchief' album, and starts like this:

"Tonight's the night I shall be talking a bout of flu the subject of word association football. This is a technique out a living much used in the practice makes perfect of psychoanaly-sister and brother, and one which has occu-pied piper... etc."

It was read at high speed and was quite amusing at the time ;-)
