All things yield to diligence

I recently came across the phrase "all things yield to diligence" as a flyer in my credit card statement. I do not doubt the validity of this, but does it mean they really care? Anyone know where this came from?

"Everything yields to diligence" is attributed to the Greek playwright Antiphanes.

And, no, they don't really care - they just want the money back. Pamela
