Panhandlers and Insight

Oh, I think if panhandlers were gifted with any
insight, they might have figured out that
begging is not the best way to get a meal.

True, but those panhandlers that you see every single day outside the same spot at the same times. Guess who doesn't have a time clock or boss but still makes a living? If it wasn't working out, they'd be long gone for a warmer, happier door stoop. Perhaps. :)
