Why is Duck sauce called duck sauce. What is this stuff?

Bruce, isn't that a picture of a panda on the duck-sauce packet? Don't tell me . . .

First we learn that Micky Dee's french fries contain animal products. Now you're telling me that duck sauce contains duck parts...or maybe panda parts. What's a vegetarian to do??
